Was there a server wipe?...

Noticed my characters are gone, was there a server wipe or did I miss something?

I can't see specifics, but I do see a 'Malakita' toon on the server. Are you sure you're using the same account info from before? Also if you were trying a few hours ago, the server was being restarted. Try again and see if your toons are showing now.
