Details:
Dread Knight ability "Anthamine's Charge" is not working as intended. When enemy attacks player, enemy does not take (X) damage.

It shows in my combat log as working. It's not showing up in the numbers above the mob. Not sure if damage shields ever did.

Confirmed working. Let 2 mobs attack my DK without attacking back. Only had Anthamine's Charge buff on. NPCs took damage and eventually died. Combat log shows "Your damage shield hits <Mob> for <X> non-melee damage"
