Quest: Investigating scene 6361

Problem: The patch of grass/flowers your supposed to interact with has no sparkels over it. small plant had to look online to find what i had to interact with.

Fixed. The plants now sparkle when on the quest, and it actually gives an item rather than direct objective update.
