I'm populating Mekalia and will edit this top post as I go and/or add replies to this thread. Since most of the NPCs inside the city were removed from game, I'm creating them from scratch. Individual appearances will be changed later. There were a few NPCs that were relocated outside of the city to the entrance of Mekalia after its destruction - those will be moved back inside to roughly where they used to be. For now, I'm only placing NPCs into their respective homes and assigning the entity_types to them as I go. (There are no dialogs, quests, vendors selling stuff, trainers, etc, etc...)

Please feel free to walk through Mekalia and give me feedback. Especially if you remember where particular NPCs used to live!

Zorcin Residence - NPC placed
Upside Affairs - NPCs placed (3 + 1 diplo instructor from outside)
Aretixenald Residence - 3 NPCs inside (2 moved from outside), 1 outside door (Pulm)
Kezitun Residence - NPCs placed

Silaskun Lojay (Master Artificer) - this NPC was placed outside entrance, brought him back inside
Issya Axdov (Master Outfitter) - this NPC was placed outside entrance, brought her back inside
Tacoi Obee (Master Blacksmith) - another NPC that was outside, brought her back in
Xurati Gyrook
Zolu Sowuf - this NPC was outside, brought her back inside
Kabixil Maynox (Crafting Advisor)
Nagdat Mekapashep (Outfitter Instructor)
Tolut Emanihen (Artificer Instructor)
Roruna Hokov (Blacksmith Instructor)

Founds coords for ~80 NPCs in the city (mostly constables), added to my records, will gradually spawn them. Added front two guards only so far.
