Details:
A second chance - I have never seen this before but the checst with the summoning orb thingy will not spawn. OR, if it has spawned, it is under the floor or something. Without it, there is no way to complete the quest line. it despawns for a few seconds after someone loots it but I have never seen it decline to come up before. I saw no dead mobs on the way here so i don't know when the last time it had been seen. I have been here for a while

Confirmed, it was not up when I checked it. I repopped the chunk and ran the quest and it seems to be working fine. Something stopped it from respawning, though I don't know what. Not sure this is a content design issue.

I ran through this quest about 10 times and it's working properly each time. Not sure what caused it to stop spawning.
