Veteran Gatewatcher claims Raikil Windflower is South East of him. Which is a lie. He's south West. More like West.

Confirmed. SOE must not have changed the quest text after they moved him over by the altar.

Fixed. The questgiver now tells you: "Seek out Raikil Windflower just west of here, by the altar.".
