I can't get any of the quest items to drop for Keys to the Finder - 5949, despite having spent most of a level killing Skrilien Witch Doctors. Based on both the quest guidance and Internet information, I'm in the right place. I can't tell if the items are just ridiculously rare drops or whether they're not implemented.

This quest has not been set up for the items to drop yet the information of who drops the quest items is not available. We literally have to make it all up as we go along. It was at this point that I stopped working on the unicorn quest to work on IOD.

Even the quest text was made up as a placeholder until we could find more info.

I went ahead and set this up based on the information we do have. A mount guide I found said that these only drop from Witch Doctors, even though the quest says "other powerful Skrilien." For now I've left it to only drop on Witch Doctors.

Note, that area has not been cleaned up at all, so there are a lot of mobs on top of each other.
