For tonight's work, I cleaned up the shoreline around Tentrees Village up to Lo Ke the Fate Render, cleaned up that forested area. Then I moved around Earth Den and cleaned that up. Then I cleaned up behind the farmland. And then I cleaned up the shore between the farmland and the Hobgoblin Village. THEN I cleaned up the area behind the Hobgoblin village.
I have not scripted those mobs to move, drop cookies, or be harvestable (If they are a skinning mob) yet. But at least it's not full of a ton of mobs everywhere.
I'll try to get the rest tomorrow.

Today's work: Cleaned up the rest of the mobs on IOD. I may have missed some here and there, but for the most part, all the mobs are cleaned up. Set the mobs that can be skinned so you can skin them now.
I tried to fix the Temple and the Earth Den so you didn't get the exit message as soon as you entered. Temple seems to be working "okay". I've also set the temple to dismount you when you arrive (Though nothing stops you from remounting, so that's an issue we're aware of).
I couldn't get the Earth Den's enter/exit message to work with me. Earth Den is so close to the surface that you get the entry text when you're above ground. Or you'll get the exit text while still in there. I set it back to the way it was originally (So you'll see the exit flavor text as soon as you enter). We'll work on this later when we have more options.

For to write this last night:
I totally forgot about the titles that people get after finishing IOD's quests. So now after you finish Ascension, you should get your class specific title. I did not get time to test this on the classes (I will be running all the classes through IOD over and over, though). But if you happen to spot one that isn't right or doesn't work, please let me know.

I totally forgot about the titles that people get after finishing IOD's quests. So now after you finish Ascension, you should get your class specific title. Had to set Boofa's Spawn chance to 0. His fighting with the NPCs in the House of Shining Waves made it impossible to do the diplo stuff.

Today's Work:
Boofa exists again and is no longer fighting his friends the humans. He is not scripted yet though, I intend to do that this weekend when I have time to figure out the teleport. Yes, we have to teleport right now as we don't have knockbacks or similar in yet.
Most of the other NPCs have their pathing and hailing done. I think there are still some diplo and crafting spawned mobs that might not be scripted yet. We're leaving those alone for now until they can be added to their respective quests.

Fixed the pegasus rental, so that if you still have the reins without the buff, trying to summon the mount will remove the item like it did in Live.

We now have knockbacks working. If you say the wrong thing to Zalaz in the temple, he'll toss you away, painfully. The only hangup is that it puts your toon in combat. After testing, that seems to go away if you either: Select an attackable mob, hit auto attack, then turn off auto attack. Or just kill another mob (Which you have to do to get out anyway). We'll work on this.

With some new functions given to usby Xinux, I was finally able to set up the illusion for Zalaz' Gift of Protection. It still doesn't actually do anything, because Iku Dai doesn't have any actual abilities yet, but it does make your toon appear to be all lava-y like in live. Once Iku Dai has his proper abilities, we'll set it up to mitigate his damage.
As an added bonus, when the effect drops off my toon, it leaves her skin intact. Remember in live that it always reverted you to the default model skin? LIke if you were a tiger Kurashasa, you'd become a lion after illusions dropped? No more! You'll return to your character specific set skin!

Guys, the second "Go Train" quest specific to the Ranger appears to be suffering from that "Can't Select a Reward" problem. Xinux was working hard on it tonight.
In the meantime, if you run into this problem, just type:
/say .quest complete 7990 0
You won't be able to get the rewards (sorry to say), but you will at least be able to move on. You'll get better weapons once you get to the House of Shining Waves. It shouldn't impact your gameplay much.
Other light fighters didn't seem to have this problem. The ranger is the only one that has a selection choice (The two bows) and they seem to be causing this problem.
