Details:
For Stolen Treasures - 3163, I am at the Seraphic Sister, and I have spoken to her (I got the quest update for speaking to her), however I do not have the quest update for finding her. There is quest dialog "I'm here about these stolen artifacts," however when I click on that part of the dialog, nothing happens. I can't advance the quest past this point.
