Picking this up, as it links into the adjoining material I've been working on.

1-5 filled out, or at least as it comes up on the list. Note that a lot of the text is missing, and, so far, if there is an associated item that you just stick in your bag and carry to someone, this is not included, so it will work like any verbal "go to". Quests and associated npc's w/hailing:

Kill Pallid Scorpions & Kill Crag Lizards. These are on Legionnaire Jaladroth, in the group of tents across the street from where you spawned at Centurion Dalmarkus, who was the first quest giver.

Welcome to Hathor Zhi. This is inside the city on Nalzen, the diplo instructor, who sends you to a merchant named Myrdia, who sends you back with another quest, Map of Thestra.

Depost Time: Ginlara asks you to go ask a banker for a guard escort.

Hathor Zhi Checkpoint (3): when done with Centurion Drahkma, he sends you to Legionnaire Rechni at the checkpoint west of Hathor Zhi.

Return a Borrowed Weapon (5): Legionnaire Otheki asks you to do just that, returning it to the Dread Knight instructor in Hathor Zhi.

Assigned to the Fort should also work.

That was all that was needed for this bracket, there are several to go 6 and up.

(6) Cheating Trader: Kill target, the trader, not specified. Will take some looking to determine this.
(6) Book of Tactics: Kill Dreven Aksher; no such npc or book.

Those won't work and these should:

(7) Assisting the Encampment. Kayla Zerae to Legionnaire Havlern.
(7) Sneaky Assassins, Legionnaire Nubak.

(8) Behind Enemy Lines. Centurion Zaraki to Legionnaire Rykven.
(8) Sentry Supplies, Centurion Relkyr. This has kills and looting. You are supposed to get sacks of grain from a clicky object, which is a basket of grain and it is there, but the sacks were not collected, and thanks to recent Firefox updates, I can't get to the page for item icons any more. So, temporarily, these sacks do not exist, and are not included for the quest progress.

(8) Scorpion Poison, Legionnaire Cindihn.
(8) Kill the Missing Sentry, Legionnaire Havlern. The goal here is really to loot a Bloodied Military Report, which we don't have a copy of, and so for the same reason will temporarily give credit for killing the Sentry.

You should ask before you start on something. As Jakkal mentioned here, there's lots of data missing and they're considering starting over with the chunk.

Ten missing quests on this path for 3-5 are in Pankor Zhi if that would help.

I haven't actually done anything here, but I was able to identify the target for Cheating Trader, and find another quest that would be used to clear Rockspine Lair, the 5ish area in Pankor Zhi.

I was trying to branch out and try the different starter areas. Fyi, I was swarmed by lvl 5 mobs at the lvl 1 zone it. So I can't really do anything to help here, atm.

I removed the hostile slitherwings around the Dark Elf starter area, so you should be able to actually live now.

Hathor Zhi is missing a lot of data though, so there's very little to test currently.
