Details:
Thief in the Night-7918 Found the shard, clicked on the monument to replace the shard, correctly transported in front of Aya Nimblecat, green dot in quest showing step completed, but when talking with Aya the quest will not give a tab for completion only for cancel. The quest that goes along with this quest "The Source of Changes"- 7954 shows steps completed and can be turned in and the quest line can be further advanced. (Reset all the quests and did the quest line again to be sure it wasn't a one time glitch.)

Confirmed. Not sure what changed. Still trying to figure out why it's not working suddenly.

This has now been fixed. Somehow, a minor typo when checking objectives for the popup text around the hobgoblin corpses was throwing off future checks of that quest.
