All NPCs have dialog added except for Kin Do, Musoi, and Lin Jing.

Quests: several should be working, including:

Wailing Winds Asylum: Asylum Corruption, Interrogate Mejo the Mad, Safety First, Breaking the Mindbreaker.

The Loamsworn series: Loamsworn Necklaces, Prophetic Action, The Rest of the Bunch, and Alluvian Gems. Unholy Sacrament Part One can be done along with these.

Ulvari Corruption series: Ulvari Devourers, RaJin Glarewings, Ulvari Gazefiends, RaJin Ravager.

RaJin Outpost series: Cripple the Guards, The Courier, Spirit of Talsu. This series may see reversions closer to its original design. Cripple the Guards cannot currently be turned in due to the mechanic SOE changed.

A Need for Heroes: Skrillien Point. Simple referral quest.

Pathing: Talsu and Theophilus are on their routes. I can't tell you what Theophilus will be used for, but I can tell you it's a secret.

Mob placement and pathing has not been done, so some of the quests may currently be impossible for a character in this level range.

Updates:

All friendly NPCs should at least have basic hailing available.

The Local Wildlife and Ghost Wolf Population Control are available, and easy to do since those mobs aren't in great linked clusters.

Restored a quest called The Eye of Ulvari. SOE removed it for no apparent reason, and we may make it a part of Ulvari Corruption.

Turn-ins fixed so the whole RaJin Outpost series can be done:

Cripple the Guards, Deeper In, Looking for Trouble, Spirit of Talsu, Five Brothers.

Set up The Ulvari Weakness, which sends you into Tomb of Lord Tsang, because it is part of the same chain.

All known quests for this chunk should be working, except for the more complex events: Yalosu, Unholy Sacrament Part Two, and Blighted Lands.

Yalosu and Unholy Sacrament Part Two operational in a basic way (they may see a few refinements).

Some mob pathing and placement started.

More mob pathing and placement. Some of the needs in this chunk are very precise, so this is kind of time consuming, but if the hardest part is done first, then it will all be downhill. Watch out for stacked clusters of things until this is through.

If anyone knows the name of the boss that was summoned for Blighted Lands using the pearl, that would be spiffy. Doesn't seem to be collected or recorded anywhere.

I think the Loamsworn encounter now looks like what it did before the live game was deleted.

The Ghost Wolf/Local Wildlife mobs, pretty much so. Other quest areas partially done.

I believe the solo quests and their associated mobs are set up ready for testing.

Because it is soloable, you should mostly be able to get single pulls on things. Some doubles are inevitable and as you go along the chances of that may increase, but there shouldn't really be anything where four jump out and clobber you. The fact that our respawn timer is fairly quick would probably be the main cause of anything like that. But this will be adjusted as mobs abilities are increased and so forth.

It starts at level 15. So what we are looking for is, does the content resemble the live game and are the quests able to be properly completed. As we go along, we will eventually look at the timer, and are there too many or too few of a certain kind of mob. I may be making some minute adjustments and repopping the chunk a few times, but at this point I think the majority of it is pretty close to where its going.

Note: currently if you take an "umbrella" quest like Ulvari Corruption, you have to re-hail the quest giver to get the sub quests.
