Quest - The Sweet Sound of Harmony

After locating the altar, the quest part of "Search for the [altar].." does not register as complete. After playing the flute, Spirit of Anthalas only shows the quest text when hailed.

This has been fixed, and I set it up so that the spirit actually spawns when you click the flute. I don't know how long he'll stay up though, and I'm researching what people need to do for him afterwards that might require he respawn for them in the future.

This has been fixed, except the spawned NPC had a kind of exploity flaw to the way it works. Foof says he'll look into it, and we'll leave it for now.
