Irc and downtime

So I was wondering if there is a functional irc? Also what's the schedule on server downtime and reboots? Thanks guys!

Yes, our IRC info can be found here: http://www.vgoemulator.net/index.php?p=irc, we do not have a set downtime schedule. If an extended downtime is needed then it will be announced ahead of time, but for updates downtime is usually only a few minutes and so not announced. If the server crashes that will just take until someone notices so they can bring it back up.
