Hi

The quest Cottonwings from Tarlinna Gunston in halgarad says go kill cottonwings and collete 8 cottonwings. I went from lvl 1 to lvl 4 + doing this level 1 quest before I finally got all 8. I spent about 20-30 minutes doing this and killed soo many I lost track. I'm not sure if this is a bug or the drop rate needs to be raised but figured i'd let you know

I think this was a dick move that was done on purpose by the original devs (or they just weren't thinking). The quest tells you specifically to kill Cottonwing Moths. So those are the ones scripted for it. There are also a mob type called "Cottonwing" that is used for another quest that are in the same area. So if you killed Cottonwings, they won't drop.

The Cottonwing Moths are scripted to have a 1 in 2 chance of dropping. I finished this one fairly quickly (About 5 minutes) doing it in the starter area.

If people complain, we can add the drops to the Cottonwings, but given this is VG and this is how they did things, I'm pretty sure we've got it like live had it.
