The Dice Man - Complete. I remember doing this on my rogue at launch and it took *forever*. I set the drop rate to be a 1 in 2 chance. This still took me a long time to do it, and once spawns are cleaned up, this will still take a long time. So I think this is a reasonable drop rate. I didn't want it to be needlessly tedious since the reward is really shitty.
Thane Kojomash:
Call of the Giant - Complete. Note: This quest originally called for just 1 oil. That seemed too easy. You can click a crate and get the oil, and there's at least three right outside of the gate. And since I couldn't find anything on failed attempts, I just made it a requirement to get 6 of the oil instead. This puts it in line with similar quests at that level.
The Southern Outpost - Complete. Note: I couldn't find any information on how this quest went, I assume you go to the outpost, find it torn apart by gnolls, and report back with the remains of the robe. If anyone remembers how this quest really goes, please let Jakkal know.

Vile Paws - Complete
Sending a Message - Complete. I wasn't sure where the location was to drop the paws, so I picked a central spot that gives you about 20 paces (Meters? feet? whatever the distance is for mobs) from the center to get it.

So I found an interesting NPC in Halgarad that says the following:

This is not part of a quest. I checked the name of the person, Mirithan, in Leth Nurae and he has more stuff he wants to send to BC and Tursh. This might be part of Diplo, but there's still nothing it links to. I do recall something like this in Early VG, where you would get something from one merchant and sell it to others for more, but they took that out when people exploited it. I can't really place what this is specifically. (Unless it's a remnant of that old system).
Anyway, putting the note here so I don't forget it later.

So, uhm, I did a whole bunch of NPCs with their hailing, and some of their movement. I don't remember who it was. It was around the big stairs where the leader hangs out. None of these NPCs have any quests or anything, so it's not that big of a deal, so I don't really feel the need to add them to the big list.
I think the only NPCs that haven't been touched are around the crafting area, and some of the pathers that I haven't gotten to yet.

Added the hailing for a bunch of NPCs around the crafting area. I'll set up the harvesting quests tomorrow (If I have time), and hopefully the shaman patron quest. (Though this probably won't grant your patron and stuff, I don't think that's in yet, but, I should at least be able to put in the quest).

Ran through as many quests as I could find in Halgarad on a Disciple and all worked as intended.
Note: The doorways to the cabins in Tahean's Vengeance are not large enough for a tall character to get through. Not sure if this matters for future quest completion when the area is fully implemented so thought I would mention it.

I'm afraid that's a client issue, and it's not something we can do anything about. You can crouch though!

All of the adventuring quests and harvesting quests are finished easily with no problems - congratulations!
In regards to spawn placements - the gnoll camp and den east of Thane Kojomash needs spawn checks - there were some double spawns on top of each other, and it seemed a bit too crowded overall (perhaps on purpose). No issues anywhere else that I saw in regards to mob placements.
