This probably isn't really a bug, just incomplete.

Quest "What's in the pods?" in Wildgrowth Forest, the pods highlight, but cannot be looted. However, when these get activated, there should be a high (probably 50%) chance of getting a mob instead of a pod. It was a black wisp mob--Tainted Yukionna Wisp or something like that.
