Make sure you got the latest launcher if you have one that is fairly old make sure to uninstall it and grab a new one from http://vgoplayers.com/playvg/index.htm . Just to make sure it's not a permission issue just extract it directly into your bin folder of you vanguard install even tho it should work from anywhere.
