Could not complete "Vulmane Captives" in Dahknarg; there was no dialogue option or other method to give the trinket to the captive.

Confirmed, though the chunk is wrong in this report. I don't know why it stopped working, I'll have to look into it later today.

This was originally set with a location quest update (As we didn't have any item quest stuff working at the time this was created). I'll have to update this with the latest code given to us.

I reported that some time after leaving Bloodhowler Caverns after reading that the chunk's quests were finished, that's why the location is wrong. Many of the other quests nearby worked fine when I went through.

This has been fixed.

Now you give the trinket to the Captive and that will let you turn in the quest.
