Unable to enter the game

The LaunchPad worked fine until a few days ago. Now it will successfully get me to the character screen, but no further as my characters won't load and it just gets stuck in a loading screen.

Also, whenever I try to make a new character, everything goes smoothly until I get to choose my starting zone. After that, I don't go to the character customization screen and the screen becomes completely empty with nothing but my character on it.

The server was effectively down this morning !! There is not always a dev to restart it !

We will have to await the crash reports and see what I've wrecked. I logged in for a bit and then it went back down.
