LoginServer Error

LoginServer Error
Hi everyone - I followed the guides to get the client and launcher - and I am getting to the point just before the option for login and I get a LoginServer Error that says the following:
"Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Ison, Verison=7.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of it dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified, at Launchpad.MainForm.SendLoginServerStatus(HttpWebRequest) at LaunchPad.MainForm.CheckLoginServer()"
I am sure I am missing one thing in the guide, but any help would be great (so stoked to check out all the awesome work I have been following on the forums).

Are you using the updated launchpad? If so, did you uninstall the old launchpad before installing the new?
