Details:
Go to Kiri Tentrees: If you cancel out of the dialog with Kiri Tentrees, you can not longer complete the quest and no other quests are served since this one can not be completed. Status / UI Quest State: The Green Icon is lit above Kiri Tentrees. When hailed, she shows the quest to be completed. When you click the quest , no further dialog is served. The open quest shows up in the quest tracker.
