Details:
Another NPC is missing, "Vali Sabbah" who was the harvesting supply vendor that was outside of the bank of Khal. I don't see him in the DBE either.

When looking up spawns in DBE, be sure to check Game Data->Migrate Unreal Data as well. Not everything is spawned. Only entities with a SINGLE spawn point have been automatically spawned. In this case, Vali is alive and well, in TWO places in Khal. Spawn him, and see him on Targonor.

Details:
We have an NPC missing, he's Almari Safraq, who was in the bank of Khal. There are supposed to be two NPCs here for the Exchange, on both sides. For some reason this one is missing and isn't in the DBE.

I just wanted to make sure it was known! These are important NPCs! Weird thing is, neither of them were movers. So I dunno why their spawn points would change. But here goes!
