City Armor Dealer Juliam Soraph in the castle in Tursh has Qalian cultural armor. It should be Thestran.

Does this dealer also appear in Qalia? If so, this will be a problem in the consolidation code for the Parser, and could mean trouble for content design.

Currently all armor dealers are using the same list no matter where they are.

I thought this bug was about the armor the NPC was wearing, not what they were selling. If it's what they are selling, close this bug as merchant lists are not even close to being defined.
