I recently ditched my antiquated dual monitor setup and decided to go for a massive 34" Ultra-wide so I can have that extra monitor real-estate with one display.

Games on this thing are out of this world, im so used to a standard monitor. With that said... I wish I had something like this when VG was active! VG runs at the monitor's native ulra-wide resolution perfectly.

Also time for a new graphics card, i had to turn some setting down a bit in newer games. My GTX 570 doesn't like the extra pixels much lol.

Nice set-ups guys! My 34" ultra-wide is a 2560x1080 resolution. Not crazy high but plenty good enough for what I want

Also John, if i remember those are Antec P182's? I had one of them on my last build a few years ago. Lovely wonderfully built cases!

I'm actually a giraffe, not a cow.

Heh, that's not my workstation setup. That's VGOEmulator.net (and a few dozen other sites). Those are my 3 ESXi nodes that run all the virtual machines I only have to turn the monitor on when there's a problem.

Indeed Granite - love Antec cases the most. Btw, my main studio rig has a 34" ultra-wide. It is quite amazing.

Man, I really want that monitor! Or 2 monitors that size! I'll put it on the christmas list this year.

An older pic of my setup, as I'm in the middle of a move, so all my stuff is still in boxes...

https://www.dropbox.com/s/mqwlophozb569 ... 1.jpg?dl=0

The monitors have been replaced with 3 24" ASUS 3D capable monitors.
The keyboard is now a Razer BlackWidow Ult. with silencers added.
The mouse is now a Logitech G700s
The headphones are now a Razer Kraken Chroma 7.1

BUT, same basic layout...tripple monitor stand in the corner of a glass "L" desk. Lovely black glass mouse pad. And yes, a cookie jar with Oreos
