Casting racial ability while running, i forget if casting is supposed to make you slow down or stop to cast.

Leaving as Low priority, since I'm pretty sure none of that has been implemented yet; Casting barely has been started. Faux, close this if Not Implemented, nor will be any time in 0.4

This is something I'll be looking at if Faux doesn't get to it. We need to determine the amount of slowdown but otherwise should be straightforward. I'm thinking half speed or 1/3 normal speed during the cast process?

In beta you could cast the mount ability while in combat. One interesting gameplay aspect was trying to figure out if surviving a few shots in order to slowly cast and then run off on your horse was better than staying and fighting when in a pickle. They axed that completely before launch.
