SweetFX - Before and after

Been playing with this program SweetFX with many games and just wanted to show what it can do to Vanguard. This is especially important for image quality if you are using an AMD / ATI card because Unreal Engine 2.0 will not allow Anti-Aliasing with those cards (but SweetFx can enable SMAA).

Split Screen Shots: Diagonal Line from lower left of screen to upper right of screen

Upper Left side split is standard Vanguard Render
Lower Right side split is SweetFX - SMAA ON // HDR ON 1.5 (Vanguard HDR OFF) // Vibrance .4

Some shots with Fog ON and some with Fog OFF - /setfog 999999 - in game

Very nice I will try it out as I own a amd grafic accelerator card. I guess as time goes by we will see some texture modifications for the game to high-res textures (atleast I hope someone takes this task) especially ground textures need some love
Duplicates don't hurt ;) (tm John Adams 2014)

Actually the textures in this game are amazing because they all have detail textures, really makes them look great! If you want better texture filtering then mark your catalyst drivers profile for VG to be on quality (I have mine set this way).

Hi ^^

About sweetfx and reshade (http://reshade.me/), if someone have a good profile for an ultra quality, it will be great to have these profiles shared here or on the official sweetfx DB

A complex profile should be able to optimize AA, HDR, shadow, occlusion, shaders effects and a lot of others seetings.

Upper left looks a lot better to me on all those images. I guess you're not using a calibrated monitor.

Nothing to do with a "calibrate monitor", it's not only a "color setting" problem but a global image quality. And an optimization with sweetfx is always better than the original game quality, i don't know why you find the upper left better but it's clearly not.

So for who want a sweetfx preset, i publish one of mine, not a final preset but a start.
ReShade 0.19.2 Public Beta with SweetFX 2.0 Beta 8.zip
Sweetfx VG preset v1.0
(1.37 MiB) Downloaded 194 times

Like usually, to install it, just unzip all the content to your "vanguard/bin" directory and start your game ! ^^

Yeah the upper left image is has horrible tiling, no AA, colors are muted ect, ect. SweetFX really changed how the game completely looked for the better!
