Details:
I was in the game, which showed my guild tag. I /camped to character select and clicked Play again to reload my titles (testing) and noticed my guild tag is no longer showing. I am still in my guild, just nothing below my name.

Ok, it sounds like the guild id didn't replicate upon login, which is very strange. I'll look into it.
