Just doing Shocking Arrow
(Buffs: None except Style and all of them do the same thing)
Mob gets Stunned with Shocking Arrow and stops running towards me. Stun fades and the mob never advances towards me UNTIL I MOVE. So, effectively every mob can be perma-rooted and killed from a distance without kiting, as long as I can remain stationary.
