Racial Mount not working anymore?

Ok my PSI who is 46th with 4300+City of Khal Faction can buy 30th level Faction mount (beetle & Xyph Cat)

My DK who is 30th with 3600+ City of Tanvu Faction doesn't have Option to buy Lobster or Turtle? I have the coins and banner.

Was this option turned off on some patch I didn't know about? (returning player here)

The faction you must have is "Citizens of <City>". (I don't know if you meant you have that or no).

Anyway, from what I remember you must have 1000 dynamic faction of said citizen faction in order to be able to buy the level 30 mount.

Type:
/showfactionbyname "Citizens of Tanvu"

And check your dynamic faction.

I hope you figure it out. I didn't realize there were faction Turtle mounts ... awesome!

Thanks. yeap it's Citizen rep i didn't have. Been farming coins all weekend. Turning in the Gold, Silver, and copper of Tanvu raise the Rep. Finally got my Turtle and Lobster mount.
