Margaret Krohn (@purrfectstorm on twitter) is fundraising for the Extra Life charity. I do believe Ms. Krohn used to be Luper (older players may remember her) in Vanguard. Anyway, it's a good cause and a way to not only help some kids who need medical care but support a former member of our little community. The guild I was in in Rift did events to help this charity out as well, it's a great cause.
