(Content) By Night - 309 quest chain abruptly ends
The quest chain in Three Rivers titled By Night appears to end when you turn in part 4 to Grelrin Tremean.
No follow-up quest is offered, and there is no indication that he has a quest (i.e. no red icon that would indicate the quest is too high level)
I looked online, and it appears there are 2 more quests in the chain.
The last quest I was able to acquire was By Night - 309.
