Big Cats and their Pelts - 3905 cannot be completed, since the Tiger Pelts are not dropping from Tigers Near Jalen's Crossing.

Unable to reproduce. These scripts are working fine. The drop rate is 50% so perhaps they didn't kill enough to get the drop?

Since I was already looking at the scripts, I've gone ahead and updated them to the new loot handling format.
