game won't launch after update

I always had windows 10 , the folder is not in the C/ program files, also tried running as admin but nothing. All I get is this pic!!! Can anyone tell me whats wrong???

There is a routing issue at the host currently everything should be back online soon.

Really think it is something with your launcher since you are not even getting the server list screen on it.
Go to where ever you put the launcher and delete lp_options.xml so that should just leave LaunchPad.exe, LaunchPad.log and Newtonsoft.json.dll.
Now double click LaunchPad.exe and re-setup the launcher and then log in to your game account.

I deleted the lp_options.xml but still nothing …..its the same. Might have to re-download the launcher completely...…..going to try that.

Ok I tried about 7-8x today & still nothing. However this time I was able to at least get to the launch pad asking me to re-configure. When pressing ok, I keep getting "Client not Found" in red lettering. Hmmmm…………now what am I doing wrong or is it just the Server???

Make sure to follow this guide and it sounds like you are not setup correctly on step 5 which is where you point the launcher to the bin folder where vgclient.exe is located.
