Diplomacy Quest: "Diplomat's Saga: Cleanse the Village-7814"
On this quest I have only been able to find one of the npcs you're suppose to talk to (Vothdar Priest) and if you right click on this npc to interact with them you attack him instead. If you hit "H" on the keyboard to try and interact all it says is "Hail, Vothdar Priest".
Originated From World: New Telon (1) Chunk : Isle of Dawn (1) Location : 10164 -13720 1709
Re: Bug 1217: (Content) Diplomacy Quest:
I just performed this quest from the beginning and had no problem finding the NPCs. The first parley comes from the questgiver (Zuo) and gives the names of all of the NPCs (the names of the NPCs are not what the objectives say (NOT "Vothdar Priest").. those are their professions) and where they are ( "The best of the healthy combatants remaining are stationed outside to help guard the House of Shining Waves" ). All 4 are in the same place just outside near the corner of the building. The parley names should match up with the objectives.
The "Vothdar Priest" you found was some other NPC. That's not the right one.
Try this quest again and read the parley dialog from Zuo carefully to get the names so you know who you're looking for.

The Vothdar Priest is a minion used for either Diplo or Crafting. I can't remember which. It was for the temple run and really shouldn't even be there. We have left these pet NPCs up as a reminder that they exist for when we can do Crafting (To make sure it's not a crafting related mob).
