When I use void hand I to attack on my disciple i have to manuelly turn auto-attack on.

So we automatically start auto attack when engaging in combat for offensive and protective fighters from looking at the code. Does anyone know how this worked exactly and if this is correct or not?

"engage" is a general term.
If you start combat with right-clicking the mob or toggling auto-attack, your auto-attack will be on, but if you start combat with an ability, auto-attack never gets triggered.

No, that's not entirely true. That's only true for non-melee spells. Any melee attack will start autoattack.

Ask any meleer that's died to Furious

I've noticed many healer classes' melee abilities do not turn on auto attack. The cleric for example has both melee attacks and spells which can be cast from range. It makes sense for auto attack not to turn on for the ranged spell attacks but the melee abilities, I feel should turn it on. Reaching back into my memory I can't specifically remember if that's how it worked or not on live but the fact that I don't remember something specific like that indicates it worked in a way that didn't cause itself to be noticed. If that makes sense. >_>

All i know is auto-attack does not trigger with my disc melee attacks but they do with my bard. Might be class based.

Cleric melee did turn on auto attack (my second raiding main was a cleric). I can't think of any non-melee spell that turned on auto attack. Ranged attacks didn't turn on auto attack either.

How many people are regularly playing on this server / Emulator?

I see about 3-4 people on usually when I'm working on the weekends. I think at one point yesterday we hit about 7 people, maybe 8.

What're most people working on at the moment?

Class Specific?
Raid Content?
Group Content?
Quest Content?
Or Map / Chunks.

I mained a Cleric / Sorcerer up until Sparkles ( 2 mobs I haven't killed) Sparkles / Arch Magus Shendu.

Let me know if you guys need any help I will be more then happy to spend time getting this emu rocking!
