Details:
This is an update to my previous bug. When I collected the third seed, the quest completed, so it was only the counter in the quest window that wasn't updating. If I can re-do the quest, I'll check it again. Also, the sparklies are gone from the seeds I did not collect, but they remain on the locations where the seeds I did collect were.

This will be fixed when he sends the remove sparklies opcode to the spawn.

The remove sparkles code is already being sent, I believe. When I did this on New Telon last night, there was only one spawn that did not update. This will require more detective work.
