Details:
After opening the "trade" window with a Merchant, closing it sends 2 identical messages to the client: You are out of range for buying and selling.
I hadn't moved since opening the dialogue.

Yeah I am aware of that behavior and I haven't started work on it yet (any dev being bored is very welcome to pick it up). It is probably a bit complex.
John is right, I will close it as 'Not Implemented'.

Ok this is fixed with my next commit the issue was you were sending the packet without the response number.

0 = Your target is not interested in transacting with you (ie.. when you move out of range of the target you should get this)
1 = You are out of range for buying and selling (ie.. out of range to interact with the merchant)
2 = Please target the merchant you would like to interact with
3 = No Message ( You get this when you close the window)
