Removed the Ebonwing Drake spam. Left 3 drakes that fly randomly around the entrance of Menagerie of Telon.

Created random paths for chasm spinebacks using one large polygon with short max dist. That makes them stick close to their eggs with all of them using the same script. May need to tweak the params later on and/or change a few of the origx,y,z coords.

Created Apprentice Xadalen and added a path. Couldn't find anything anywhere about this NPC other than it was mentioned in Game Update 6. Put her in the basement near the other apprentices.

- Created Mekalia chunk script
- Added prox functions for entrance and Constable Antmatbar
- Created function to rotate NPCs to original rotation, added to Klarpun and Oipolysy and changed hail_anim as well. Will probably add rotation to rest of NPCs in city
- Added functionality for Constable Antmatbar to play a random social animation when you are near him

Worked to make certain functions that don't work if called from a chunk script work in a different way and tested with Constable Alpzot. He now rotates to face you if you get close to him, says something and performs random melee moves to show off, then returns to his original heading and says something when you leave. (spawn script + Alpzot's script + calls to a library of movement functions)

Added to library:

Random_Melee_Animation(Npc)
Face_and_Return(Npc, Player, pause)
rotation_movement(Npc)
Return_Rotation(Npc, pause)

Also made Constables Janicht and Chyrols beat up on the dummies nonstop on front of them using random melee attacks.

Started script for Constables arguing with each other. When either is hailed, they both stop and face you, then return to face each other and resume arguing. Will finish it tomorrow.

Constables Zapido and Zalilu now argue with each other and both will stop/face you any time you hail either of them.

The three converse with each other using random converse animations and pauses.

New function to close dialog box on timer:

Dialog_Close_Pause(Npc, Player, pause)

Changed race type from 352 to 6 and randomized appearances 0-39 for the following NPCs (Note: there are slight difference appearance ranges between male and female):

Avegox Omerel (fixed typo in name too)
Baaltho Eytram
Pori Hokat
Letiza Gelion
Psyju Krelodog
Sil Dekrow
Xurati Gyrook

Checked all instructors, removed a few attachments and changed attachment colors. (for armor)

Changed the following instructors to raceID 190 and added in appearances:

Nagdat Mekapashep
Tolut Emanihen
Roruna Hokov
Kabixil Maynox

Updated to raceID 6:

Inventor Hewat
