The general plan for this emulator is to customize it as best as you (the admin) can. For the core project, we're building what we know from the live packet collects. If that is over-powered gear and ridiculous calcs, that's what you will see >>initially<<. However, we're implementing a Rules System along with the core engine in the hopes that individuals can "tone down" their servers to be more playable - and Content Editors (TBD) to help modify gear, quests and even NPCs.

That's what makes this fun; the idea that our game can exceed SOE's implementation
