Don't know where else to put this so putting it here.
I went through all the Amateur Tier quests for Outfitter and set them up, though they still aren't available to players as there's a server issue that needs to be resolved (in regards to the recipes, something Sigil/SOE should have removed that they didn't, that would allow players to make items with stats)
It also looks like Chipn added a custom reward to these quests, I've since removed them as I don't see a need for them right now (I assume it was a thank you to testers).
