At this point if you're having trouble mounting, start removing worn gear. If you have anything in appearance, take it off. Keep removing gear and then try to mount.

That wound up helping...that is I stripped off all my equipped gear, and then could mount successfully. I was then able to re-equip everything and summon normally from that point and proceeded to the Temple to finish off the quests there. Thanks for the help!

Yeah there's currently a known issue where if you have too many items equipped that have an appearance (like your armor), it flips out and won't let anything else that has an appearance show up (Like your mount). The Devs are still trying to work this out.

This started to become a real issue when crafting was added because now people have adventuring, diplo and crafting gear. I'm not sure what the magic number is, but if you see people having this issue, tell them to take off gear.

I have an issue with the granted pegasus that acts the same as the temporary pegasus. This occurred at the time the quest was completed, I still had a rented pegasus when i received the upgrade. I switched them out but it bugged out somehow, I still get the quest pegasus but it only lasts as long as the rented one. Can this be fixed at all ?

I don't mind if it can't but am just curious

I have an issue where the granted pegasus has bugged out for my character Domeniica and is now the same as a rental in that it only last for the same time as a rental.

Can this be fixed at all?

@GrumpyKitten Can you verify that you have any pegasus on you? If you do, can you give us the item number? It should be listed on the item when you mouseover it.

I do not have a pegasus on Domeniica as it disappeared after the timer ran out before I left Isle of Dawn, even though it had the red writing to say it was issued as a rewardfrom the developers, and you all are doing a fantastic job btw . My one other character that has left the Isle (Neiira) didn't have the same issue and has hers.

How exactly did you swap out the pegasus mounts? I've tried to duplicate it but the buff is only set to remove the rental mount. The reward one has a different item ID and is unaffected.

We have found an issue with how we were giving the rental pegasus causing the inventory to show the wrong items at times. This may have caused accidentally deleting the quest reward pegasus. You can get a new pegasus (or any other mount you want) from the Telon Global Exchange (all items are currently on there for testing purposes). Many cities have one, you can get to one in Khal buy using '/say .rift khal' and heading north along the city wall to the bank area (there's a sign next to doors).
