Creating POIs for NPCs and direction script. Since there already is one direction script created (showing the way to one of the ferries) linked to some Sailors and Gladesworns, I'll make separate one (the same like in every other towns) and new NPC "Port Guardian" patrolling/guarding the main road.

- Sailor Kakamshta has very bad pathing, needs to be redone; also, he has two scripts with movement, need to check both --tbd

Some ideas for quests in chunk Tawar Galan, since there are not many adventuring quests there atm.
Brif:
- the locals are unhappy with the drunken sailors who hang around and make a mess
- there are four boat docks from where you can get to Kahal/New Targonor/Martok/Tanvu
- long empty beaches stretch around the harbor city
What it could be like:
1) NPC Port Guardian complains that despite the ban on alcohol imports, drunken sailors still appear in the port. Since there are only two guardians, he asks you for help.
2) If you agree, your first task is to find sailor's clothes (and return to questgiver)
3) second task is to reveal the name of the smuggler and the place where the alcohol is unloaded on the beach. To be able to do this, you have to put on a sailor's dress and find a completely drunk sailor (while you are in disguise, otherwise the drunken sailor wakes up and run away...or so). Then steal a letter with information, but but you can't kill him! (once you do it, return to questgiver).
4) Guardian does not know the name from the letter (for now), but recognizes, according to the description, the place where the smuggler will land next time. The location is marked in your diary.
5) The next step is to get to the marked location, the Guardian wants more evidence from you. Timing is important - you have to be there around midnight! If you get there at the right time, an NPC smuggler will appear, unload the cargo and disappear into the sea (cut scene, NPC cannot be attacked).
--5a) if a player tries to attacks a smuggler, the player will be dizzy after some gas potion is used by smuggler (dizzy animation) until the NPC manages to escape.
6) The next step - sailors go for a shipment of alcohol to the usual place at the usual time (your box looting triggers the action). They will find you on the spot and attack you, even if you have a disguise (they don't know you and don't trust you).
7) Now you will find two clues on the spot that could lead to the detection of the smuggler - money with a message for the smuggler (loot from the one of the killed attackers) and a bottle of rum from the box. Both need to be delivered to questgiver.
8) The Guardian is convinced that the smuggler is someone in one of the docks. Your next task is to go through all four docks and find the same empty rum bottle.
--scenario 8b) It can be set so that the Guardian knows in which specific dock to search. The proof is the currency you found in the killed attacker (assuming it will take 1 Tanvu plat coin)
9) Now you have to look for the same bottle of rum in that dock. Once you find it, an NPC will appear. The dialogue will have two options: a) you will receive an offer of a bribe for keeping silent or b) you will reject the offer and a fight will take place.
10) based on your previous decision, you will either lie that you failed (keep a bribe) or you will announce the killing of the smuggler and you will receive a reward
11) End of the questline, your faction grows up
