It is a little like it, but not so bright. When I do HDR+TM, I get a flash of white, then it dims to normal. The washout I used to experience in VG was more like cranking the gamma up 10%. But it would be cumulative, so after a while nighttime looked like a washed-out daylight.

The Flash light is due to a reset and recalculation of Bloom+HDR when your free memory is too low.

For this bug, i think we can close it. That was an UC issue, not a game issue.
