Parleys That Don't Push Levers

Okay folks, we now have the ability to script specific parleys to push levers if the NPC is beyond the area where you get the civic diplo buff.

Please refer to THIS THREAD about which parleys are available to push buffs. As of this posting, IOD and Halgarad have all of their diplo levers scripted with buffs. There will be more in the future.

Here's where you, the player, can specifically help me out. I need a list of NPCs that are not pushing levers when you win the parley.

Please put the NPC's name and the chunk they're in. You can also give me the loc if you're feeling particularly benevolent.

I will edit your posts as I fix them. Please only make one post for now, and edit it as you add in NPCs.
