Quest Issue - Please Read

We have discovered an issue with a random set of quests where you get one of the following errors:
"You have too many quests to accept another."
"You do not meet the requirements to start this quest."
If you relog, the quests will be in your quest log.

We are trying to track down this issue, so far all that we've found are in Tursh:
"Redcap Origins"
"Open Source Cave"
"Free Captive Brownies"
"Failings of the Mayor"

If you find any other quests in other chunks that do that, please list them here. Please only make one reply and edit it as you find more. Please give us the chunk that it's in, the name of the quest, and the quest number (if you happen to catch it).

We believe we have found the cause of the issue. Feel free to test though, just in case. Hopefully we'll have a fix out soon.

A fix has been made to the server. Please let us know if you run into this issue though hopefully everything should be fine now.
