Details:
While in Kojani; I was doing the quests Orc Assault. I finished all of the quests and turned them in quickly all at once and Martok Cleanser did not end up updating on Orc Assault. Even though the quest was done with the rest of the other quests. I either turned in to quickly OR something else got caught up.
