Quest: By Night Part 1: A shadow Lurks

Quest Giver: Saara Kalem

Quest objectives: Speak with Taplim Eningold in three rivers.

Bug: I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I'd figured id atleast report it. The quest says speak with taplim eningold in three rivers but when I accept the quest it will autocomplete and let me turn the quest right back into saara kalem for the reward without even having to move or talk to taplim eningold.

I will fix to have objective yo need to complete to talk to taplim

This is fixed now

Saara Kalem was not supposed to complete this quest.

Added Objective speak with Taplim Eningold so player know to talk to him.
