Launcher issues

getting this when i try to start launcher...What am i doing wrong?

Det går inte att läsa in filen eller sammansättningen Newtonsoft.Json, Version=7.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null eller ett av dess beroenden. Det går inte att hitta filen.

Click on options then point it to your vanguard bin folder.

I can't log in, I've downloaded it, directed it to the bin folder, but when I click on the launcher, I need to log in, except I can't register and account, it just does nothing when I click on it
