Details:
The quest rewards from "warming up" are allways greyed out, as if i am not able to wear them, although i fit all requirements.
But i can choose and get them and i can also wear the armorpiece i chose.

This is one thing I'd like to understand, that will come in the detailed write-up zippyzee proposed he would do about the Quest Creation process; specific to this, what makes an item "available" to a player? Clearly it is not race/class/level, because items that are usable by a class are still "red" in the quest rewards UI.

They behave correctly for my character. It is using the same criteria for shading things red as what you see on the broker or in inventory. I'm not sure why something would be greyed out.

All it is doing is looking at the class bitmask and item level, as far as I know.

The way it works in quests is that one quest packet contains all possible item numbers for the quest. Then, the reward window sends a mask for each item as far as show/no show in the same order.

I will make it a priority to get this write-up in a usable state. I worked on it as I was creating some quests, but it got outdated quickly as I made other discoveries that changed the plan.

Thanks zippy. I cannot qualify what I'm being told until I understand it, and just have not had the free time to sniff through the data/code myself. It doesn't have to be Questing for Dummies, but your docs will also help me automate additional quests to try out.
